Then he is either a MM or a close friend of a MM. These "dips" are
set up by one or more MM's who post these low trades, usually just
a hundred or so shares and they scare the weak.

Not unusual for him to call the dips in advance because he, as I said, is in bed with a MM or is one himself. That does not mean he
has sold 50,000 shares but it does mean his little group has sold
maybe that much because this type always operates in a little group.

HYBR acts just like CCUR did before things really started rolling.
Apparently, the Internet encourages "scum" like them and they show
up on every stock that has "uncertainties" and they can scare people.

I'll bet you that Ovetus is a small time scum bag.
