Jim: In some ways you're correct. In some ways you may not be correct this time. First, absolutely the market has been skeptical of VLNC. Hell, its history is enough evidence to support that conjecture.
But we've finally gotten what I've been chanting all this time. A P.O.!! Yes, it's an initial purchase order. And yes, it may be small. But also, yes, it's FINALLY an independent, public announcement confirming the efficacy of VLNC's product. The rest for this company becomes the usual story of promulgating its products, its "story" to a client community and thus growing market share. In other words, perhaps now the market can begin to view VLNC as a true commercial enterprise, and less of a speculative R&D concern. And as a growing enterprise it doesn't surprise me they keep pushing out the construction time tables Larry commented on. For the next year or so I expect they'll be in a continuing build-out in an attempt to meet demand.
Will the market recognize this and finally move from the sidelines? Well, it less than 5 minutes we'll get to see what it thinks.... Meanwhile, with this news we may just see some newbies poking around looking for information. Anyone care to summarize for them?
