micny... according to General Magic and CEO Dr. Steve Markman it is the OTHER PARTIES IN THE AGREEMENTS who have not lived up to their commitments. Furthemore, if you are so concerned with the development of these agreements, CONTACT THE OTHER PARTIES and find out WHY THEY HAVEN'T EXECUTED. Unless you know the exact details of these agreements, it's futile to ARGUE over them. There seem to be some new options on the board, maybe you can hedge your investment if it's not working out for you.
