I don't think its unique or original...but its obviously effective! Anal...you mean as in, "retentive"? I think its more "expulsive" as expressed by Clinton. Petty? The House Mismanagers should be added, Name by Name, to the official definition of that word. I always wondered what a "bully pulpit" was...cute!
