G'day all - since I am neither long nor short, here is my take.

I certainly would not characterize stock buyback as a credit card ponzi scheme. Making such an assertion really requires some elaboration. OTOH, I agree with CC that insider buying is a good faith effort, especially management did sell a lot of stock before the cave in. I am not saying there is something necessarily wrong about the sales, after all, management is a group of people with families to feed! However, they now can certainly sell high and buy low, and if they balk, that can be a telltale sign
