OT*Greg, How does a hearing impaired person run a music store? Very interesting/fascinating. I looked at your site..BUENO! Used CDs..I buy all my stuff used. I buy new if I want to support a specific artist (ie..starving, such as Alejandro Escovido). I buy used not so much for the price break but for the challenge. Do you keep your entire stock on your website? Muse looks good as well. Found "Jane's getting serious" by Jon Astley in a snap. I almost opened a used store a few years back but the threat from the big boys deterred me. The best stuff coming in is usually promo and they don't play with companies that sell them.
