Both of our QCharts packages are choking this morning, neither changing servers, dragging new symbols, or changing time frame will help. We get no data, intermittent data. Boy, I wish I would have listened to my intuition and experience before coming back to the Quote.com well again.

Shouldn't we, as users, be demanding at a minimum some USEAGE CREDITS from this company? They're NOT giving us what we're paying for, and this service is not reliable enough to trade off of. How many users are FED UP and want to band together to make them accountable? There is no reason we should be paying for full months of service, when they are just letting us hang with the same old problems.

You know what is going on? The management of Quote.com is off counting their new stock options, while we are being neglected!! This real-time quote service does NOT work as advertised, at all -- but we are still being charged. They are next to impossible to reach, and are not providing answers. That's not right!! So perhaps we should go after them, if there is enough interest.

I'll bet if I were to cancel our accounts, I would spend months trying to get them to stop charging my VISA charge, too. Been through that twice before with this company. There are some nice, very knowledgable people there that really care, like Gibbons, but it doesn't overcome the way things really are with the Company, and the product. Gibbons is probably as frustrated with the situation as we are.

That's unfortunately where it has come to with this service. It's a shame, because it can be such a useful, innovative charting package -- just too bad it doesn't work.
