No sales in August. On July 22 Koz exercised options for ~4.3 million shares. On July 27, 28, 29 he sold a total of ~1.7 million shares.
He kept 2.6 million shares. Can you say taxes, CC?

I can't find the link, I may have heard Koz say it on TV, but I am sure I heard or read Koz say that management was taking ~80% of their wages for the coming year in stock, NOT options. Would appreciate confirmation or otherwise on this, can't be totally positive that I didn't imagine it.
