But if you read more than the headline, it says the offering has been COMPLETED. The offering was "announced" via the edgar filing about a week ago.

So is anyone aware of a fundamental/technical/astrological reason for todays -5.5 net?

Any reason not to see this as an opportunity to buy near the bottom of the trendline?
