I was speaking of the freedom of flow within the capital markets. Banks aren't the only avenue for SB investment/borrowing. The financial world is a changing. I do 90% of my 'banking' at Merrill Lynch. I can also get an SBA loan from them. As a small business owner, I haven't noticed that lending practices have changed that much over the years.
