If the MSFT announcement involves Tandy it should positively impact CPQ.

For the past 45 min CPQ has been trading in a tight range (somewhat lower than its day-high) ... we should begin seeing some nice increase in volume, UPtick buys, large blocks for CPQ shortly ... and I believe it actually may be starting as I write this post.

CPQ getting back to 22 1/2 by 11:15 (or earlier) would be a great indication.

Hopefully it'll happen ! ... If it does 23+ is probable today even though I believe 23 is a resistance level.
