bp, Price targets, price schmargets. What I do is stick with the fundamentals of the company, the way the SOXX is going, and how many years they're predicting the semiconductor boom to last (currently out to 2002). The upgrades and good words out of the likes of ML don't hurt, but their targets are like sticking a wet finger up into the wind, IMO.
