I'm afraid I've had great service with the jersey server all day (and yesterday on stclara and some on jersey) too. Sorry you guys are having these problems. Have you tried deleting the package and reinstalling? Just a thought. I'm using 6.23 build 9 (version). Occasionally a chart will blank out when I put a new symbol in it (generally a 30 minute chart), but then I change time frames and it works, and then I change back to the 30 minutes and it's fine. This is very minimal compared to the other nightmare products I've used. Matt
