This has got to be one of the most ridiculous .com company concepts: TopListing.com is a service provider that guarantees companies the address of their Internet sites will appear in the top 20 positions of at least one of the eight major search engines. For this service, clients pay a one-time setup fee of $275 and a monthly maintenance fee of $175. Besides limiting your revenue target to 20820K, what respecting search enging would let you get away with it! Haven't dabbled in penny stocks in a while and this is why!
