Jancie, I don't give a damn what your "point" was or is. You are evading the question because you do realize that the answer may indeed have some pretty long term consequences. Adrian has disappeared, because I am reasonably sure that he realizes that he was indeed guilty of being reckless. Where are the PRINTED documents that he refers to? Is his one of the "news sources" you quoted ... erroneously. Ahhh, my child, confession is good for the soul ... why don't you try it just this one ... and drop some change in the box on your way out. Janice, have you ever even strongly suggested (muchless stated) that Mike plea bargained his way out of this matter? BTW, I'm not trying to get CYGS to bring suit against you ... I really don't care. Malcome is a far more knowledgable attorney than this old Engineer. And by the way, who mentioned CIVIL actions, anyway. You have enough of those already, don't you. Ready to take the challenge?
