Does anyone know how long a company must remain above $5 before a major brokerage house can issue a research report or recommendation on it? This would be good to know, because you have to imagine that these would be coming, if we can stay over $5. And, if we do stay around here, no tax loss selling really to speak of, as this is pretty close to 52 week highs...
