Here is a repost of mine from 10/26. Since Monday is filing day, perhaps we should ask ourselves some of these questions once we get the Q3: The reality of the situation is that as of 10/26/99, TSIG has NOT executed. I don't mean to bash my investment but ever since the Marty fiasco, I've seen and read nothing but BS excuses. If RG was the General manager and PH was the coach of any professional sports team, they would have been run out of town months ago. Let's suppose we were doing an employee assessment of these 2 guys. After all, they work for the stockholders correct? Let's start off with 3 questions: 1) What are the actual 12 month Revenues, Earnings and Cash Flow from the following "deals: a) Nettaxi b) Tempo c) EOCNet d) Lifetime Learning e) MyPhotocard f) MyMusiccard g) thebabecard.com h) Palace.net i) all other incl Teleservices activities 2) Please explain how well the funding has been used. 3) Address the growth in issued/Authorized Outstanding shares and give justification. One last question.....Please elaborate on how you have listened to suggestions from investors and actually tried to communicate effectively. The case speaks for itself! M
