Arcane, Oppenheim said he met with Chalem and Joseph Logan, who was Aviation's president. Later, he said Chalem hired Boca Raton lawyer C. Lawrence Rutstein to help consummate the deal. However, both Logan and Rutstein denied any financial relationship with Chalem. What a bunch of BS! We documented on the first few days of this thread the business relationships between Logan/Aviation Industries/Aviation Holdings and between Rutstein and Chalem, which was a different business. It's all in the Florida Corps database... KJC
