I honestly don't know. There is a reason they wanted those 50M/100M/whatever number of shares; whether its to cover the shorting they themselves will do or whether they expect it to be dumped during another round of hype I just don't know. Diluting by 50% makes zero sense if they actually expect to do a merger of some sort, unless they're also planning a reverse-split.

Anybody seen that SEC filing yet?

PS. Yes, it is an awesome camera! Especially in low-light situations, it's certainly the best one I've played with.
