His last report, dated 9/16, was a "neutral". I heard today he might be feeling better about HYSL. He seems a bit more cautious in making some calls anymore IMO. Gary Abbott and Rob Tholemeier have been the only two who have seemed bullish for the past couple months.

I've noted that MSCO is buying today. Funny, they apparently were advising clients to sell at 23 as they were often the low ask throughout much of the day.
