Gensci Halted! Osteotech Settles Claims Against DePuy in Patent Infringement Suit. biz.yahoo.com A very curious turn of events. DePuy will continue to honour its contract with Gensci to market its products until Feb. 2001. I will pay $2 million now, and 250K for 4 quarters so long as it is selling products for Gensci. Perhaps Gensci will settle with DePuy to allow it to break contract. Its worth at least $1 million. This should give Gensci lots of time to decide if it wants to build its own marketing team or to find another partner. In the mean time there will be some nervous investors who will use this opportunity to exit. To me, assuming as Gensci has maintained over the years that Osteotechs law suit is without merit, this may be an opportunity to buy? Happy investing, andras
