Hi Bennett, on 3/28 Merrill Lynch had made two filings of a total around 700,000 sh to be sold . I have a strong feeling that they are very close to having sold this entire amount or at worst a few more days of selling to clean this overhang. I watched the trading today more close then usual on level II and a level III computer. Merrill was the big seller along with a few other MM who also were sellers as well. My thoughts are that we are very close and I am very tempted myself to start accumulating at this level as early as tomorrow. Of course the over all mkt will be a large influence and tomorrow's CPI number will be a very important number.
