Patricia, I agree with you that the VUSA site is surprisingly primitive on the front-end. My understanding is that a major rework is in progress, but up to now VUSA has focused on building the back-end infrastructure. VUSA has made major investments in an ORCL-SUNW infrastructure, which probably makes a lot of sense. Let's face it, a lot of e-commerce players will probably crash and burn this holiday season when their systems can't meet customer demands. There will be more than a few cases of undelivered Christmas gifts, etc. FWIW, I think VUSA is building their business the right way. And I was shocked at the sequential revenue growth given the problems you alluded to--just imagine how they will grow once they get their act together.
