Ibexx, <key industry partners Agilent Technologies, Inc. (a subsidiary of Hewlett-Packard), Apacer Technology Inc., Infineon Technologies, Kingston Technology Company, MELCO INC./TechWorks, Inc., Molex Incorporated, Samsung Semiconductor, Inc., Toshiba Corporation and Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation today announced their participation in the Rambus(r) Industry booth>

Not surprisingly, I don't see Micron in that list of companies. And Micron is one of the biggest proponents of DDR SDRAM. My totally uninformed guess is that Micron is behind on RDRAM support, so instead of trying to play catch-up, they'll try and push the "Anything But Rambus" poster-child called DDR.

It just goes to show you that the biggest participants in the anti-Rambus coalition are the ones who stand to lose the most from Rambus. Comments? (Or am I just stating the painfully obvious?)
