Your experience with the warrants is why I no longer buy short-life warrants. I learned on Tri-Star warrants that I can't take the pucker pressure as exercise day approaches. I was lucky - they popped a couple dollars about two weeks prior to expiration, so I sold them all at a slight profit. After going up another couple dollars, the common stock price slid just enough to make it unprofitable to exercise them. I wonder what will happen here . . .

RE: Complaints about Management's decisions - Unless the complaints deal with false or misleading statements in shareholder reports or official filings or financial statements, I think you will have trouble getting a government body to act on your behalf; if I'm right, your only course of action is a private action, as an "owner" of the company, for waste of assets or some such. I wouldn't want to bet on your chances of winning that claim unless the waste is pretty obvious. Landrys Restaurants comes to mind here. Another alternative is to buy sufficient shares that you can place your own directors on the Board. If you can't do that, perhaps writing them all letters that cogently present your objections to and reservations about Management's current decisions might get you some allies on the Board. That's what directors are for - to provide advice. I've also sold shares in good companies when I didn't like the Management orientation on, say, value over growth.

Happy Veterans' Day.
