John, Thank you for your response. You are right, of course, that we are each entitled to own opinions, and we are, as well, free to express them here.
That said, I continue to feel that they have failed us miserably as, among other things, they have been hired to utilize and grow the assets of the company and to employ them in generating revenues and profits thus enhancing the value of shareholder's investments. During the tenure of Mr. Markham they have not, and the value of shareholder's equity in the company has been reduced many times over.
He has failed to establish and execute a business plan, and seems to randomly flit from "deal to deal", none of which have proven beneficial. Can you imagine being this guy, and having to report to your board quarter after quarter that, while you have established alliances, you once again have been unable to use the assets of the company in such a way as to generate any revenue?? And that you cannot "predict" when you will??
Maybe it is the board that needs to be changed, but I suspect that the first action of the board would be to bring in a technically inclined businessman who can tell the difference between a public relations announcement and a revenue generating contract.
Sorry for the rant, but I am really frustrated by this guy's utter and complete inability to move this company forward even one yard in the past year. I will stop harping on this theme, until once again I see a reason to resurrect it, which hopefully will never come. |
