With this new agreement, does that mean that there will be an additional 2 million shares outstanding? (3.5 million shares total) This will totally dilute the stock price which may be why MIOA plummeted today. Trippleling the number of outstanding shares is totally uncalled for. This new arrangement will benefit the company in the long run, but will be terrible for the 2 or 3 individual shareholders that the company STILL has. Your insight will be greatly appreciated since I may be interpreting this wrong. All I know is that this dilutes the shares big time.

Can this company possibly do anything right?

Good news- The company stated that this recent quarter was excellent and that 1997 will be a banner year.
