Spike, Just swap your's out. They are available at any sporting goods store. They are rubberish..not metal. You'll love them. They are much more comfortable. I don't even bother with golf shoes anymore. My Birkenstocks give all the traction I need. BTW--We're gonna kick their butts..bad.
