I have been off the computer the last three days. I got hit broadside with a bad case of walking pneumonia and I have been in bed trying to regain my strength.

I was able to get up today and at least have enough energy to turn on the computer which is more than I could do yesterday. They are not kidding when they say it can kill you if you let it go too long. First, time I ever caught anything like this before.

I had to laugh with my sore lungs and all when my doctor order me to stay home all week and he wrote me a doctor's note for work. I asked him, "what's that for?" :-) In looking back, I never missed more than one day here and there. It seems you need a note if you are sick more than three days from work. I never thought about it because getting sick is not in my frame of mind usually and I take care of myself.

I have some 150 unused sick day credits and I'm glad I have them and never had to use them. Another two days and I may begin to pick up were I left off I hope.
