Spoke w/Chris VanHorn in IR today. According to WGAT, China's gvt ruling re:telephone/cable doesn't effect WGAT deployment there. Deployment continues on schedule. Subscriber growth elsewhere is slower than expected due to 2 factors: availability of set top (esp. intntl NTSC format) and cable operator deployment delays of 2-way capabilities. Charter (CHTR) has deployed WGAT in some of their markets and has an equity interest in WGAT. Search for CFO replacement continues. WGAT has confidence in their prospects and believes they are as strong an organization as when the stock price was $50. TIFN, TJ
