That's the 20 to 1, $5 to .25.

So you hold 5% of the shares you did but their
worth $3 US with some actual potential. I can
live with it...its much better than it was if
we can get that valuation and as your pointing
out, by buying SCSI they get 2 million of their
own shares back. Right there is $6 million or
about $.18 a share Cdn.
