<<No, we ALL don't, or MRVC should be trending higher with an IPO around the corner. >> well, in all phases, MRVC is still in the "show me the money period". that means, investors sitting on the sidelines for the spinoff of OA are waiting for a ceo to be hired. they're on the sidelines waiting for good results from the red-c betas. they're waiting for tangible results or further seed money from reputable vc firms/strategic partners for the startups....on and on... i know you're patient enough, but there are many other long-term shareholders who are seeing this as an opportunity to get out even (or ahead). greg
