"Cyber Tantrums" <VBG>!!
If this was an all hot money move, we would have pulled back below 2 by now. The day traders don't have that much patience.

So it appears that there is some renewed buying interest in the company. There was a few positive things about Q3. First, they announced earnings earlier than usual. This would indicate that they have fixed whatever problems they had before that were delaying results. Second, 43% of the current network is now DITV. Installations kept pace with last quarter at about 200/month. They seem to have the attitude that they aren't concerned about the expiration of the AOL agreement. Last time we kept hearing that "we are still in negotiations", "we are confident we won't lose this business", and the like. The NFL partnership has been increased. Wherever the NFL goes, piles of cash follow. We'll have to see if NTN gets any significant slice.

I'm glad to see that the two legal issues have been resolved with no serious injury to resources. Anyone know if the BSA payments cover the use of DOS in the old network systems? If not, then there is still an issue with Big Bill.

Now, I'm wondering why we haven't seen the 10Q filed yet. Could be it isn't ready, or they're waiting to include some significant anticipated developments.

We still have good volume.

Cheers,

Rich
