Pretty ugly, but this was more or less expected from their guidance in Oct. While it's a little encouraging to see the pipeline backlog increase, it's going to be a bit of a wait before they start generating solid earnings again from the looks of this report. Probably the ugliest part is seeing cost of revenues roughly the same as total revenues, this before SG+A! Don't want to see that again! We know that we are at or near the bottom of the cycle and the company appears to have weathered the worst. I would say that these next 2 quarters are critical, IMO. They must find a better way to execute under these conditions or rethink their strategy/business model. This industry will have it's ups and downs and MGMT hasn't exactly shown the investment community that they can produce under trying times. Best of luck, Michael
