To All Shareholders of Starpoint,

What I have been able to find out basically doesn't make the management of STS liers. The party I talked to at Select Capital has
alreay heard from an angry shareholder so don't call the Miami office
as I believe that they delt through the Vancouver office. I do believe
Rick Ilott because both he and Harry are the majority shareholders and have lost a lot of money on paper as we all have. I believe their biggesst mistake in the near term was the March 31st deadline date. They should have somehow given SML some more money to extend the deadline time after the last pp fell through since it was almost impossible to raise capital in a few days as most financing takes from 30-45 days. I would like to run this by everyone and I want your
feedback. If the company could get an extension of lets say June 1st and would allow everyone to buy stock at say 25 cents would anyone be
interested in doing this if it could be done. It would be a pp of lets
say 4-5 million and I'm sure it would be restricted for a year. Also
I talked to the director of Excel and he sounded like the Yetwene property had merit and would still try to help STS if they could make
necessary arrangements with the partners in Angola. At this point in
time STS can still get this property back if they can get the necessary financing and show their partners they can. If they had lets
say until June 1st that would give them time to get some financing
done I believe. Give me your thoughts as this is all speculation on my
part as far as the shareholders doing the pp.
