Corporation (OTCBB: GGNC)(OTCBB: GGNCE) located and licensed in the

gaming software & technologies, broadcasting, and information; and a
high technology entertainment and marketing company that markets online

announced it will begin the world's first ever Live Internet
broadcasting of the Macau Greyhound Derby Cup on November 14, 1999; the
change on its ticker symbol from GGNC to GGNCE.

GIC Global Intertainment Corp. will premier the world's first live
Internet broadcasting of the Greyhound Derby Cup from Macau Greyhound
Race Track, an associate company of Macau Horse Racing Track, on
November 14, 1999. Broadcasting of this major racing event will be
