I would sit tight on that buy for now and see where this one heads. It could take a few days for it to filter through that BSX effects them dollarwise as much as it does. Plus, you'll get an idea of the amount of overreaction to the BSX shortfall when their financials come out (later this month I would assume). Not too much analysis has been being done on CGEN as of late, and their volume is usually really anemic. Also, if BSX is getting hit overseas by the dollars strength, CGEN could be susceptible to the same sorts of pressures. I'm not sure of how much of CGENs revenue is international sales, but the Lipomatrix VegeBoob is totally international sales at this point. You've got to figure they like puffy lips overseas too.
