Aquatic Cellulose Anticipates Change in Trading Status

VERNON, British Columbia, Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Aquatic Cellulose International Corp. AQCI confirmed its form 10SB12 has been filed and cleared of any comments by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company qualifies for the 15c2-11 exemption which will allow it to resume trading stock on the OTC Bulletin Board.
NASD rules require additional days of trading on the Pink sheets before re-listing must take place.
"Eligibility for relisting will be effective on or about November twenty-second," stated Owen Naccarato, attorney for Aquatic Cellulose.
The company's 1st quarter audit is being completed in anticipation of the re-listing.
