NPTK is acquiring PriMedium LLC according to Sept. 9 press
release. Apparently they "specialize in Internet and enterprise
portal development, Internet application services, electronic
business development and hosting, and business process
engineering." Quite a big undertaking for a company barely
100 days old, don't you think?
