I received the research letter today and all I can say is wow! Some things that conceard me though are: clyc has 1.9 million of convertible debentures outstanding, but clyc thinks these will be retired prior to conversion.(lets hope so). Beginning in August 1997, 5 million shares will be freed up over a three year period.(more dilution). What is your opinion on this? Andy
