Gerald, I am only aware of the patent for its novel method of inhibiting HIV infection(the topical microbicide). The company had filed a patent application on PRO 2000, but I'm not aware of it being granted. Why do you think it was? I'm not aware of any press releases. The company has been issued a U.S. patent for the use of PIC 060 as an immunosuppressive agent to prevent graft rejection in organ and bone marrow transplantation. According the 1995 annual report there other patents pending, including corresponding foreign patent applications in several countries.
