As a formula, it should be a minimum of the 2 million
shares divided by the fully diluted shares outstanding.

That was the valuation for the license alone. This is
ownership and some other "intellectual properties".

So I would think it would be measurably better than the
above. Anyone know how many shares are outstanding?
Wasn't it around 33 million?
