There is probably some merit to what you say Puck. However any conclusion to RICO could be a long time coming. Far longer than LONE has. Remember TK has deep pockets, has better knowledge of the markets and laws, has been playing this game far longer and with great success. They all ready made thier money on this deal and don't have as much to lose. Don't get me wrong I think they are scum but that doesn't change reality.
