I'm not a t/a guy, but as I understand it, gaps that are caused by fundamental changes in a company do not have to be filled. If the fda approved one of Amlyn's drugs tomorrow and the stock shot up 20 points, it would make no sense for the gaps to fill, since it would be essentially a new company. gd
