Actually Daytrader the best time to have bought pf was after the dominion income press release and i did get a 1000 shares and what was funny about was that i got filled at the bid (6.75) which is unheard of on the amex,but i got filled at the same time a big block came through at the bid which lead me to believe that someone was still accumulating pf and and big buy blocks were going off probably at pre negotiated prices at the bid,but if you got prfm you have 53% of pf as a bonus,so its all good with both stocks.
