James: I recall something to the effect of a settlement offer sometime back. Do you or does anyone recall when that was? My guess is that it was late last year (1998). I suspect they are playing a different level of "ball" with the new structure in place. By different, I mean it could just as easily be softer ball rather than harder one ... Mel
