There have been a lot of defections from Scotty's ranch over the years. Quite a few of them went to Bill Gates spread up north. Bill gave them an IQ test and a cot and put them to work. He seems to appreciate developers more than Scotty and his foremen do. I never seen anyone defect from Bill's spread to SUNW. The culture shock would probably be to great. JK
