Hello Crudestope. In these trying , SUFferring times I take some solace that I am not the only one who has completely lost it. "Q. Gemsearcher , why did you continue to hold SUF thru the fall/winter of '99 ? Was it an obsessive compulsive disorder related to all things Angolan ? An abject curiousity relating to just how far a discount a debt-free co. could trade to its NAV ? Stupidity ? All of the foregoing ? A. Well , I was on the verge of bailing when a reclusive hedonist pulled me back in. Q. I see. Would you describe this person as , say , surreal? A. Well , just about everything about SUF was surreal around that time , and he was certainly no exception. Regards ;-).
