I dont believe in the short theory, but what I DO believe is that anticipating Jeff Silvermans predicted 'rocket ship', alot of our fellow threaders who sit home and day trade made some nice buys which they will turn around and sell as soon as some buyers pile in after the news.
Im no expert at this- and I dont care who does what to who/when as long as I make money going long. But- my opinion is that there is NO short position, or if there IS its no where NEAR what people at waaco are speculating. The single most damaging thing about GIFS is its association with the internet. Look at all the news releases to date- all the day traders buy before the news, and then once they get their 30-60 cents a share BOOM BOOM BOOM- major selling over the next 2 days and the price settles like a rock in a lake.
Im praying that gifs answers alot of the questions on my mind and if they do, and the answers are what I/others want to hear- then this price will move above all this day trading bullsh**. In the end the only real lozers will be us people who are honestly long on this one. Look at the chart- then ask yourself- how many people made more money this year sitting home, day trading gifs then I have made putting on a suit and tie and going to corporate Amer. all day? - you get the idea- im their support level, thank me!
(welp now that I have successfully peeved about 99% of this thread, im going to go hide for cover...) -- and to all you day traders, think of the future of gifs on this upswing. If news is released and it IS in fact important enough to push the price into the $2-3 range- show some guts and go longer.- If you bottom the price again I really dont think there will be much hope for gifs in the future. The hell with short sellers, THIS THREAD controls gifs and thats a fact! (this is not a good thing) |
