Mike, is that the same Medinah that owned a property that was reportedly also owned by Dayton, which Dayton bulldozed a barrack that housed medinah employees? The same one that NPEC is associated with? If so, have you heard anything regarding the DAyton lawsuit? Could be relative if Medinah is to have funds to help here.
